My room faced directly onto Harbor Blvd and was VERY noisy due to traffic and pedestrians. Roof had a minor leak from the recent heavy rains. Carpet was still wet in one spot.

Easy access, excellent public relations in every aspect, quiet & comfortable room. Close enough to walk to my convention and to Downtown Disney for dinner, ice cream & fireworks before settling in for a very rest night each day.
