For the price, I expect not to be nickel and dimed for internet access and parking. 15 dollars for a day of wifi and 55 dollars for parking is entirely unacceptable for a facility that charges that much.
Downgraded to a queen room after booking a king suite, no compensation. Room was in rough shape, holes in the furniture, hole in the tile in the bathroom, glass top of the desk was chipped, sharp and not attached, and the bed was ridiculously short for a "queen". I am a hair over six feet tall and my feet hung off the end of the bed.
Downstairs bar was nice but service was beyond lackluster. 30 minutes wait for dessert, I was the only customer at the bar. Upstairs bar closing at 8pm on a Saturday seems a little bit short sited.
Overall an extremely disappointing stay, not likely to return. Much better properties in the area at a much lower price.
