I will start with a positive - the staff were friendly.
The hotel ice machine was broken so every time we needed ice, we had to go to the front desk and they would give us a little from bags they had in the freezer. There was no elevator and we were on the 2nd floor. Normally, I'm fine with taking the stairs, but not when you are staying for 4 nights and have a lot of luggage. The shower...the curtain wasn't hung correctly so every time we took a shower water would end up all over the floor. The shower head couldn't be adjusted and the water pressure was so forceful, it actually hurt! It was like getting pelted with water darts. Every morning when we woke up there were bugs in the bathroom. There were stains on the walls - almost like something spilled and it splattered but no one cleaned it up. Our room had a mini fridge but the top part, which is usually a freezer, didn't have the little door. I didn't realize that until after we came back from the store with ice packs, (since we couldn't get ice from the ice machine and my son was sore from workouts), and then couldn't use them because the freezer section didn't freeze!
