Nice property and great location
Nice newer property - awesome location. Room and amenities are comfortable and clean. My usual go-to when staying downtown. Only a few hiccups with this stay. Housekeeping request took 2 attempts to get extra pillows/towels. Outdated info on the in-room tv services needs to be updated - room service is NOT available anymore, and on the menu for food to be picked as "to-go", some descriptions and prices are in error. Also, music from the 2nd floor rooftop patio bar (which in and of itself is very nice) at night can be heard all the way up on the top floors. Lastly, there is only 1 ice machine for the whole hotel, on the 1st floor. Other than those minor issues, still a great stay. Staff is courteous and helpful, and management did respond in a timely manner to address my concerns. I will probably stay there again.

All aspects were excellent - the aroma, tidiness, bar, restaurant, convenience, and the room, among others. The only minor issue was that the bathroom doors didn't completely close, allowing sounds to be heard and the people see you. Hehe.
