I had two issues, both minor, but aggravating. First, I called to ask about “park and fly” and the desk person was very helpful in explaining it, but failed to mention that you need to book it online to secure a spot. Since I did not know that, I found out that they were full and the service was not available. HOWEVER, they told me a bout a very convenient “park and fly” operation across the street, so kudos to the staff for that. The second issue was the TV - the remote did not work at all. I could not find the switch to turn the TV on, but the deck clerk came to the room to verify that the TV was not functioning so I could get a discount, and happened to find a power button on the back. That got the TV working, but the remote never did. I did not press that problem. So, high marks to the staff.
