Great location. Nice staff, who are helpful when asked but don’t give info otherwise. We had synthetic pillows as allergic to feathers but they were so hard and uncomfortable we had shoulder and neck ache. Stanley street facing room is bad on a Saturday as all the noise from Lan Kwai Fong clubs go til early hours. Showers are basically clean but dirt in all corners and grouting. Shower is metal and ancient and has build up of lime scale

The Oaks was nice to stay at - the property, facilities were nice and the staff were friendly, it was great stay, perfect area to walk to all the inner city shopping, events and transport.
