We liked the room, the Botanical Gardens next door, the staff were good and the dining was also good. Not so good The Spar was not working the construction work on the Green Bridge was rough around the footpath connecting to the Botanic Gardens, will be better once the Construction is finished. Some of the footpaths in the area of the Hotel were a little rough and uneven.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience. The spa was out of order, there was no clear signage to locate the sauna, and the middle elevator was malfunctioning, leaving me stranded on the third floor. Additionally, there was no hot water on Sunday morning, which was particularly inconvenient as I had an important meeting to prepare for. Overall, my experience was very disappointing.

We had a beautiful night away. The room was very tastefully done and I felt like I was in another era. So much nicer than the boring modern rooms in other hotles. It was a relaxing stay in such a great location. Close to the centre of the city for exploring but then it was so nice to be able to take refuge back in the hotel. Aircon was lovely. Just take your parking ticket with you to get verified at the reception.
