Very busy hotel. Waited for about 10 minutes before anyone even noticed that we were there to check in. After checking in process was fine. Air conditioning in our room was very loud kicking on and off and room stayed pretty warm.Air conditioner was not secured in the wall. Exhaust fan in bathroom was also loud and was hanging down from ceiling (missing a couple screws). Drain plug in bathtub was broken also. Overall wasn’t horrible. Would stay here again.
