Great remote cabin
We loved the cabin, it had everything you need. It has that you’re in the middle of nowhere feel but you aren’t really that far out there. Great place to relax after driving to see the sites such as Pikes Peak, Royal Gorge, Cave of the Winds, etc. Too many pros to list, but we saw a bald eagle flying around the lake which was awesome. Only negatives are that the lake is for looking only, you aren’t allowed to use the kayaks on it (this was communicated beforehand so not a deal killer, just sucks) and we weren’t a fan of the pillow situation, again not something that would make me not go back. Overall I would highly recommend this place!

Amazing property!
Very very clean nice property. Communication with host was excellent. Great location with short drives to lots of tourist attractions. Amazing view of lake and mountains. Very peaceful and beautiful. Would stay again!!

Trout N’About was an absolute dream for my family. The home was incredible, very clean and very spacious! My young girls loved playing outside in the snow and with all the games the home had available. Thank you for the wonderful memories made!

We stay in the Woodland Park/Divide area often and this property is in the top two of all of the places we have stayed over the past five years! It was exceptionally clean, the beds were very comfortable, there were many “extras,” lots of indoor and outdoor games, and it was very relaxing. They had everything we needed and more and the view of the lake was beautiful!

Wonderful stay
Beautiful property with a relaxing setting and anything you could need during your stay. A lot of the information we were sent by the Management company didn't align with our exact unit but didn't cause any major issues. The loft room gets a little hot but there are plenty of fans and windows if nature noises don't bother you. Great kitchen to cook in and lots to do near by.
