The room was suppose to be 2 queens and it wasn’t. Was suppose to have a Mountain View there was no such thing. The pool didn’t work had to travel two blocks to get to a pool that worked. Our room had burn holes in the carpet and dirty towels the first night we stayed! When went down to complain no one was there.

Came for my daughter’s birthday, upon arrival there was a strong sewage smell, did not go away was worse in the evening; no pool (under maintenance), but would shuttle to another hotel. All ice makers broken/out of service; the sliding door on balcony would barely open/close; the water was only one temp -scalding hot, my kids couldn’t bathe as it was too hot; every time you shut the bathroom faucet off, the pipes would clamor so loud I thought they were going to burst. We ended up booking another room at a different hotel and they wouldn’t refund our stay. The entire hotel needs to be shut down until all repairs are satisfactory. We were so excited to get out of town for a weekend, and after looking at pictures, thought this would be a really fun and relaxing weekend. Never again. I feel sorry for the people working there and having to smell thhat sewage smell all day.

Ambience and everything was great, staff was polite and friendly, just disappointed the pool and hot tub area was out of service, which was the main reason why i booked my stay at the hotel in the first place

The hotel was great, the night and morning staff was very friendly and had great customer service. The patio was a great, it was just like they shown online. The rooms was cleaned well. The restaurant inside the hotel is amazing and not to expensive. It was an great experience.
