The room was nice, but the staff seem to not care about their guests. I self checked out of the valet parking leaving a tip because my parking was validated because I was a guest in the hotel The machine kept saying time ran out, and started the process over so I kept t my card for the tip for the valet staff. The machine charged my card three times and when I called back the supervisor at the valet parking was extremely rude saying I would have to come back and show that it charged me three times? I obviously don’t live near there I stayed at a hotel. I find that inconvenient and not good customer service. You should be able to look up the card number and accommodate your guest. Also we wanted to go swimming and the front desk said the pool closes at 6 when it close at 9 I found that out when I worked out in the gym facility they don’t seem to be well educated on their hours of business and how to treat customers.
