Found front desk quite unfriendly from the staff of older ladies. I mentioned room upgrade but response was you have a very nice king bed, smallest room out of all rooms in hotel, hotel was not busy. The internet did not work due to a http vs https problem. Was told that other guests have had this problem and can be fixed easily, but that the staff member, who knows how to fix it was not working today. Maybe if this is a ongoing problem for guests, then maybe the fix should be written down somewhere for hotel guests. Missed a day of work due to the internet problem, which my boss was not impressed with.
