The service from the front desk was subpar , I totally understand the change room because of demand . But the front desk person was very dismissive about my request,I sat for 25 mins in silent. I simply ask for a single bed, another couple walked and because they attach thier hilton honors . She was treated them with more respect and attention, provided water. I also am a honors member, she never asked or cared because I booked with hotels.com. I ask her to attach my number and please give the complementary water. I wasn’t looking for my points, simply perks that comes with membership.i walked past housekeeping asking for sheets to change my own bed , nothing was left for me to do it m self. They, housekeep was just sitting outside the room chat for awhile.

Friendly staff, awesome breakfast and location!
I have stayed at this Hampton Inn in the past. The staff is very friendly and professional. The coffee and breakfast is nicely done in the morning. The gym is perfectly adequate for a quick work out and I have always had a really comfy bed to sleep in. The location and price is perfect for me.
