The staff was awesome, very friendly and informative We loved talking to Barbara, Dina and I am so sorry I forgot the young lady from Jamaica's name. I will get it in April When we return. We are retired and travel back and forth from Chicago to Florida. We always stop in Gatlingburg because it's a halfway location and we LOVE Gatlinburg. We decided that we will continue stay at the Reagan Resorts Inn.

It was right in the middle of town. The Inn is one of the older ones in town, but they're making renovations and the rooms were nice. The only issue I had was that there seemed to be more guests than parking spaces in their parking garage.

We arrived late Friday night (Feb 24), the night clerk was rude and didn't seem to care. The bed was very uncomfortable, there was a dip in the middle. BUT, OVERALL it was a clean room, other staff were much more accommodating and location was wonderful!!!
