Beautiful Views
The property has beautiful views! It was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It's nicely furnished with comfy couches and chairs in the living area as well as a warm gas fireplace. We all found the beds to be very comfortable as well. There was a nice selection of games and puzzles which we enjoyed during a snowy, windy stay. The snow removal crews were amazing and were on site every day. We had a couple of maintenance issues during our stay. Mostly due to the extreme cold temperatures (It rarely got above zero while we were there), but the property manager was extremely responsive and had them addressed very promptly. Which was especially impressive when you consider the severe weather during our stay. They even worked with us to extend our stay after checkout when a snow storm closed all of the roads out of the mountains. FYI - The vehicle traffic going to mailboxes at the post office across the street was pretty frequent, even throughout the night. It wasn't overly loud, and it became less noticeable after we got used to it. We might have been more sensitive to it since at home we live in a quiet dead end road, but if you are a light sleeper you will want to opt for the bedroom on the parking lot side of the unit. All in all we had a great snowy stay in Grand Lake.

Nice little town
We enjoyed our stay from the end of September to early October. Easy and quick access to RMNP. Clean, kitchen was well equipped with dishes and cooking tools. Very comfortable place to stay. Great and quick communication with owners.

Very Comfy Condo in Grand Lake!
The condo was very nice, clean and quiet. The location was was close to the snowmobiling we did in Rocky Mountain National Park and the view of Mount Baldy was great!

Long weekend in Grand Lake
The condo was great. The two room tvs were a little small for an old guy to see but it worked out well. Have the owner fix the toilet handle, as it is loose. Really nothing negative to say, everything was exactly as described. We will rent it again!
