The lobby did not have AC and the staff didn’t even bother to welcome me. They were hardly awake. The gave me a room on 4th floor which was not clean and noisy so I couldn’t get a good night rest.

Stayed one night. Good location for layover, that is, close to airport. Free shuttle transport is provided. Room is small but clean. We stayed twin bed room. Bed May be bit small for large frame person. Rooftop bar has a great view. Highly recommended for beers and meals. For coffee lovers, there’s Starbucks in the ground floor.

The bistro staff rushed us and presented the bill even before all our food was served. The hotel is very close to the airport but we could not find Ibis transfer staff at the chaotic airport - so we walked through heavy traffic (not advised). Temperature control in room would not reset lower. Shower was small and poorly designed. On the positive side, mushroom pizza at the rooftop bar was very tasty.

I picked this hotel because of the vicinity to the airport. I arranged to have the hotel shuttle pick me up. It turned out to be worse than walking as the staff lied to me. They said the shuttle was stuck in traffic but in reality they were just waiting for another set of guests to arrive to avoid another shuttle trip. In the end, it took me close to an hour from landing to get picked up. If I wasn't a female in the middle of the night I would have just walked. Don't appreciate being lied to. Really left a bad taste. Will stay in another hotel as this defeated the point of booking this hotel.
