Rooms excellent. Nice pool/hot tub/fitness area. Service by staff is fantastic. Breakfast items very limited not worth the time. Restaurant food was very good for our evening meal. Will stay here again.

Very rude staff. On the morning of checkout i was getting myself ready for work and heard a very angry pounding on the room door. I opened the door and was immediately bombarded by a front desk staff screaming in my face accusing me of smoking in my room and that she "could smell it" yes i am a smoker but i went outside to smoke. Of course im going to smell like smoke, so obviously when i open the door shes going to smell smoke on me. Especially since she came up almost immediately after I had come back in from having a cigarette so yes of course I smell like fresh smoke. Anyways after the confrontation was over she tells me I needed to leave immediately I said I'm getting ready for work I need to pack my things and then I will be out she says you have 5 minutes or I will have you escorted out of here by the police. Needless to say as nice as the hotel itself is, the staff made it a very unpleasant place to stay. Very upset with that awful awful lady.
