A great spot for a central Kona location.
Great location, just a quick few minutes walk to the main street and beach yet far enough away to feel separated from the noise and crowds. Recently renovated and was very nice. The staff was extremely friendly.

So comfortable, clean, breezy and chill vibe. The staff was top notch and the location so easy to eat, shop, go to beach, etc. price was great and a lot of extras.

They were trying to be a 5-star hotel when they were only a 3-star hotel. Some of the staff were very rude, they have NO restaurant there as stated it's a coffee truck that sells way overpriced food. There was never free coffee ready when we came downstairs to get any. The parking stalls were every narrow in which you had pay for. High price restore fee for their amenities that we didn't even use.
