Step inside this three bedroom, three full bathroom condo in the highly desirable Ko Olina Kai Golf Estates & Villas Community. This villa has been newly furnished with coastal luxury decor. A queen bedroom is located on the 1st floor with a dresser, closet and flat screen TV. There is also a full bath on the main floor alongside a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The great room features an open floor plan with stunning high ceilings. A spacious kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make yourself at home including a coffee bar. There is a dining table that seats six guests as well as four stools lining the breakfast bar. Brand new countertops and appliances. The living room was made for relaxation and features a large flatscreen smart TV with Spectrum cable. This vacation rental also includes use of high speed wireless internet/wi-fi.

Upstairs, the master suite features a large bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. Unwind in a king-size bed and enjoy flat-screen smart TV. The room opens up to a spacious balcony for relaxing and taking in the Hawaiian air. Also upstairs, a second guest suite has a queen-size bed, dresser and large closet. Just outside the guest room is its own full bathroom with a tub and shower. The entire unit features CENTRAL A/C installed in 2021.

Take a leisurely walk to one of Ko Olina's four sandy lagoons, live the lap of luxury at the Four Seasons Resort and Spa, take the kids to the Aulani Disney Resort, or experience an authentic Hawaiian luau. Resort community amenities at Ko Olina Kai include an on-site community pool and hot tub, fitness center, BBQ areas and golf course.

Beach chairs, pool/beach towels, beach umbrellas, snorkels, and beach toys are provided for use during your stay. One designated uncovered parking stall in front of the villa is available for your use. Guest parking is available nearby.
