Not up to expectations
This is a hard hotel to love. I’d had high expectations, but it only showed glimpses of great. Check in wasn’t ready at 4. Finally got a room at 4:45 because I pushed for it. Not receptions fault, but when you see the cleaners standing around chatting and the supervisor telling them to hurry up and finish people are waiting, it’s not a good impression. The dog barking in the next room all night was annoying. Who brings a dog on holidays a leaves it alone in a room for the night. Again not hotels fault, but effects everyone The front staff were helpful with printing some documents for me which is greatly appreciated I’d probably stay somewhere else next visit.

The resort is fantastic. Huge pool, gorgeous gardens and landscaping. The staff was so helpful, polite and very friendly. The building itself was infused with the beautiful Cuban culture.
