One of the most gorgeous hotels I ever stayed in. However the pool service was terrible. It took an hour to get anyone to pay attention to us. Everyone I asked would not service our table even though I kept saying we wanted to order drinks and full meals for 3 people. So I had to go to the bar and order food and no one would even help bring it over. Even after telling 3 waitresses and what seemed like a manager of a guy just hanging by the bar. Worst meal and 220$ Ives spent in a while Was disappointed we couldn’t get turn down service. But our one time (over 3 days) maid was super sweet. And the hotel was gorgeous. The spa gorgeous. Pool Gorgeous. Could have been a couple more late night food options. And getting an Uber is super annoying - you have to walk far and the Ubers can never find it. Otherwise so super sexy and classy and SMELLS SO GOOD everywhere. Hope to come back I love it so much - did have micro complaints. But since I’m a writer and my husband a photographer we travel all the time. He’s on the fence of this V The cosmopolitan of where we should make our Vegas home. I would love it to be here.

Housekeeping did not adequately clean the room. We had to call them back one day to have the room cleaned. There was an issue with the curtains and lights. We would find the drapes or shears open or closed, not as we left them. Lights we left on or off would be found not as we left them. This would happen during the day, or at night while we were sleeping. Are the controls in the neighboring room controlling my room also??? When a breakfast dish was not made as expected, the server brought the dish back to the kitchen (good). The chef said it was made correctly, and had the server bring the same dish back to the table. The chef should have made a new dish, and made any corrections the customer asked for. These are just a few of the issues that made my stay less than memorable, and why you did not get a better rating from me.
