We were there for a long weekend. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Rooms weren’t bad, but knowing there’s an upgrade coming with the Hard Rock buyout, it makes sense. We had a great time, and would come back to the resort.

Tried to check in at 12pm to early. 3pm tried to check in and told the room wasn't ready and to try back. Our number was taken down to recieve text messages at 5pm when we went back u to see what was going on they told us it was ready but they forgot to call. seemed uninterested in making it better even after trying to get in touch with them through Facebook with no response. Very frustrating.

Had a great time. But closing the pool at 5 pm is a horrific idea. Check in is at 3 takes an hour by the time you get to your room there is only 1 hour left to swim. I was only staying the night so couldn’t take advantage of the pool the next day.
