Started out well. Property is pretty, receptionist nice . Then bed was lumpy , hole on one side of the mattress . Last night a strung out prostitute yelled nonstop between 1 and 3 and then the garbage trucks came . No sleeping . From fourth floor so windows are crap and I was afraid of going to the train station early with all the yelling and cursing going on. Not a good experience

Automatic check in and never saw any hotel staff which in 5 nights even though we had a fire alarm one night and all guests piled into street at 1AM and waited. Luckily a Spanish speaking guest called fire department and police who allowed us back into rooms after an hour in the street. NO HINT OF HOTEL STAFF EVEN THEN.
