We expected more for the price we paid. The room was not very clean with stains on the bed sheets and pillowcases. Even after they cleaned, there was still hair on the floor. They didn't provide free slippers in the room. When we asked for slippers, they said it would cost €5. We booked two rooms. The rooms with stree view was beacuse of the sun, but the other side of tge coridor was very cold and the air conditioning didn't work. They gave us a heater, but it wasn't good enough, so we had to change rooms. The hotel staff were not friendly. The only good thing was the hotel's close location to a big shopping mall and train station.

Disappointing Room Experience Despite the promising exterior of the hotel, the room itself fell far below expectations. To start, the room 338 felt old and neglected. It was evident that maintenance was lacking, as the furnishings showed signs of wear and tear, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The presence of a lingering unpleasant odor only added to the discomfort of the stay. Moreover, the room was overpriced for the dismal quality it offered. The mismatch between the cost and the condition of the room was glaringly apparent, leaving me feeling like I had paid far too much for far too little. In conclusion, this room was a disappointment in every aspect – from its state of disrepair to its inflated price. I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and satisfactory stay.

The hotel location is exceptional if part of the reason for coming to Malaga is to use it as a base for travelling around Andalusia. Just falling out of bed and being on a train platform within 5 minutes just cant be beat. The room was perfect. Thank you.

Spacious and new rooms. Expedia didn’t submit our bed preference, so we had to change rooms and landed up on the lowest floor looking onto the station roof. Convenient to walk to the old town, right by the station.
