overcharged, on referential Guest Service (Room TV) complimentary parking but the hotel charged $18 a day! parking around the hotel. I can hear the next room talking and every time they open or close the sliding bath door. sorry will never come back! and no dinner served on Sunday and Monday only junky food from the lobby machine. watch out, I have an allergy to dog hair.

This is a nice little hotel, we use it when we go to 49er games. The front desk service is always very nice and helpful. This is a clean hotel, the rooms are nice, the lobby and restaurant as well.

Crappy customer service
The person at front desk was quite unfriendly and didn’t understand anything about customer service. When I mentioned about early checkin and prior experience with it she mentioned that she will mention it to management about those who allowed early checkin, like ratting about them. She was not courteous nor was able to inform that checkin after 2:30pm was not going to add early checkin penalty. Overall experience with front desk was pathetic. I have stayed here a few times and always recommended this place to others but won’t be doing that ever..
