Horrible…! Outdated, no water at all one of the nights, some toiletries (but no soap), temperature you control by opening or closing the window (and when you open the window noise and the strong smell from the street creeps into your room), some of the lights did not work (were not even connected to an outlet). The area is very noisy. There’s always an army of fake monks and “pushy people” just outside the lobby trying to force you to buy into one of their tours. If I could, I would have given them 0.0 STARS. The only good thing is the staff. Nothing else. Avoid at all cost. Would rather sleep in the subway station.

Requested early check in and they gave us a room the size of a shoe box and it was honestly so disgusting so we went back to the desk and asked for a refurbished or bigger room and ended up leaving out bags in the lobby until 4 for a better room and it ended up being a bigger room, nothing special but it worked well for us seeing as we weren’t there for the hotel we were there to time around the city and location of this hotel is 10/10. Just don’t expect a fancy hotel, the lobby is fancy but the rooms are kinda yuck

Avoid this hotel. During our stay in November, we encountered multiple significant issues that left a very unpleasant experience. Specifically, the laundry list of concerns included: Malfunctioning AC and non-functional phone lines. Absence of essential amenities like soap and washcloths. Inability to control the fan and heat settings. Stained sheets and unhygienic conditions on the headboard and picture frames. Severe lack of cleanliness in the bathroom area, with visible dirt and debris in the tub. Poor maintenance of carpets, exhibiting long-term accumulation of dirt. Moreover, all elevators didn’t work, so we had to take the stairs to the 16th floor a couple of times a day. These distressing incidents have raised concerns about the adherence to advertised room amenities and the overall standard of cleanliness and maintenance at this establishment.

The absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Renovation work within the hotel starting at 6am right outside our room, broken bath tub with water filled underneath the panel, rudest staff I have ever encountered and stole $700 from us after we gave our debit card for facility fee authorisation. No apologies issues and told we have to wait 2 months for the money to be returned. The front desk manager Alan particularly stood out as disgrace to the hospitality industry. Whole host of issues that they did not attempt to put right. Good location.
