The hotel is close to the boardwalk. The indoor and outdoor pool. The free breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. This property need a lot of updates. The elevator didn't work sometimes. The door would stay open and it made a loud noise. There was an outside railing that was broken. Staff fixed it in a timely manner. There was stuff underneath beds that wasn't cleaned up. There were pool chemicals that were left on the outside deck. There was cigarette butts all over outside of the property. Maybe having ashtrays outside would help. The pool bathrooms paper towels and toilet paper were alway empty. I have 2 rooms that were comjoined. We had to go to the desk several times because the key card didn't work. The door that joined the rooms would get stuck and you couldn't open it. It need a lot od up dates. The balcony doors don't lock. The outside water wasnt on to get sand off your feet. People were usuing the pool to get sand off their feet. It was still out of season when we got there at 8 am. There was less than 10 cars in the parking lot. They said there was no rooms available. They had to be cleaned. We were not given room keys until check-in at 3. We were allowed access to the pools.
