I booked 2 nights at this hotel for a weekend in Omaha. We ended up leaving after the first night. I booked this because it had great reviews on Expedia and the pool looked nice for our young kids. The pool was need of an update and maintenance. The building was in need of maintenance and a good cleaning! The walls were paper thin so we had a terrible night trying to sleep listening to people talking, kids crying and people coming and going. The bath towels were supposed to be white but were very dingy and needed to be replace and one had hair folded up in it. The breakfast was ok but they could not seem to keep up and were out of a lot of things. When we left we told the front desk and they told us they could not check us out early and that we needed to contact Expedia to be checked out early. Expedia called the hotel and they said that we were still there even though we had turned in our keys. I would not rate this a 3 star hotel. The ratings did not match the experience/ quality.

Room was clean and welcoming. Hallways and common areas were well kept and pleasant. Breakfast options were wonderful , though there was nowhere to sit so we had to walk our plates back up to our room. Front desk staff was so kind and helpful. Pool was clean and warm. There were no towels down there and a lot of little kids unsupervised though and it was quite crowded. Which is to be expected on a Saturday night I guess. No bugs. I read through hundreds of reviews to be sure and we didn’t see any signs of them in our room or anywhere else which gave us peace of mind. Will definitely be staying again when we come back through Omaha.

It was good, i did notice back door was broke again. You may want to consider getting shorter black out curtains because you can't close them without blocking the heat/air conditioner
