Check in took a long time. Only one staff member at desk. Dining area was way too small for the number of guests. Not a lot of variety for breakfast. Room was clean. Staff were friendly.

I would have given this hotel a better rating had they accommodated me for the inconvenience of them having bed bugs, but instead of taking accountability of their hotel room having pest issues they tried to blame me and say I was having an allergic reaction as if I don’t know my own body. In the pictures you can see clear as day I Was in fact bit! Being that it’s on my back I’m going to assume it’s bed bugs. But honestly I don’t care what the bug was, the problem is y’all have bugs and I was bit in the hotel room! I didn’t have issues up until the ppl came and brought “fresh linens and towels” all of this was sitting on MY BED. My mom and daughter had no issues on the bed they were sleeping on together. Only on my bed was there an issue after those “fresh towels” were brought into the room. This hotel does allow animals (which i overlooked that, had I paid attention to that I wouldn’t have booked here) so I’m thinking if it isn’t bed bugs then it has to be fleas but when do fleas ever bite on your back? Nonetheless this hotel needs to spray their rooms or something. I don’t like the fact they tried to blame allergies. They didn’t even over at least 1 or 2 nights free for the trouble! I didn’t even ask for a full refund . Getting bit ruined the rest of my trip! Who wants to walk around ON VACATION itching with BITE MARKS on their back that people can see . All my outfits showed my back and it was embarrassing! And of course this happened right before my Disney trip! So beware

Family trip to Disney.
Hotel is older with some need of updating but clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great as it’s very close to universal and to the highway to get to Disney but just far enough away from the craziness of international drive. Overall, I would definitely stay here again for the value for money.
