I liked the location of the Hotel for my stay in Orlando and the room had a nice view. However, the customer service was HORRIBLE. The lady in the lobby treated me and my family so bad. She was very rude. My husband missed a signature and she was like “I TOLD YOU TO SIGNED HERE” in the most disrespectful way ever. I’ve been to multiple hotels in Orlando and always the lobby staff are very nice. Definitely never going back there.

The room was extremely dated, the continental breakfast was horrible as they had a very limited selection. And most importantly the hotel was unsafe. A bum was harassing my parents. When I spoke to the front desk they said they would look into it but nothing was done. I would never stay there again.
