"Best value in the Pacific Beach area! Don’t let the exterior of the hotel fool you, it may look basic or cheap but it most certainly is not. The front desk are extremely friendly and the rooms are spacious and have very nice up to date furniture and fixtures. Perfect place to stay if you want to be literally less than a minutes walk to the beach and stay away from the party scene a few blocks down. 5/5"

"Hotel was clean, breakfast was good, although it closes at 9:30 stop refilling food at 9:00am. Staff was friendly. Ample parking. Some homeless ppl When we arrived but I expected it since I knew the area. We are definitely coming back. "

"The property is older, thus a bit outdated. However, we knew that before booking. Parking was super easy and there are plenty of places to go within walking distance. There is direct beach access from the property. The staff is super nice and helpful. Check-in and check-out was very smooth. All-in-all, a good experience. "
