Located in the desirable neighborhood Grande Pointe walking distance to beach, pool and restaurants! 6 public beach access points walking distance!
Minimalist neutral design that maximizes space to provide ultimate relaxation. 2 bedrooms: 1) California King 2) Queen with en-suite bathrooms located on the 3rd floor. For additional beds needed, a daybed located on the 3rd floor or convert the single cushion couches into beds. Guests can utilize beach towels, umbrellas, cooler, beach chairs and gym equipment, games and bikes (4) located in the garage.
Golf cart is optional that requires separate agreement and payment if rented. Must be 25yrs old with active drivers license and auto insurance.
Guests will have full access to the 2nd and 3rd floors. Keyless entry to access. You may have interaction with other guests in the exterior of the home, entry foyer and garage.
Golf cart is optional and additional cost.
