I know this property is historic, but there were definitely things that needed some sort of upgrade. The bed was so uncomfortable and the pillows were rock hard. The water pressure was sad and the space in the bathroom was extremely minimal. The walls are so thin that we heard everyone get off the elevator and walk down the halls, and then we could hear people in there rooms talking and listening to music all night.

Staff was really pleasing loved the antique fixtures and wall art, did not know what to expect I will definitely go back if business brings me back to Phoenix. The value downstairs cocina and irish pub was the perfect respite. Thank you for keeping the ghosts happy it was fun.

I love the way the rooms looked and how clean the place was the only downside i had was there wasnt cable lol but that isnt important my girl came down to az for the first time and she enjoyed it alot, would definitely try to stay there again sometime

I enjoyed my stay as I have on the other occasions that I have stayed there. The only negative is the Internet service, which was ok in the lobby but very intermittent in the daytime and early evening in the room on the 5th floor and slow at best. A signal booster installed on the floor could alleviate this problem.
