Older property in an absolutely choice location. Ali'i Kai looked to be one of the first developments in Princeville and this particular building and a couple of it's siblings took the best locations. We saw more whales from our balcony (March) than on a tour. It was not super fancy but who cares about that with that view. Unit was spotless and partly re-done to modernize. Owner contact was cordial and very responsive. I almost don't want to publish this review because I want it to be available when we return. Rent with confidence. My highest possible recommendation.

We had a very good time staying here. Amazing ocean view from all rooms and good size kitchen. Only drawback is that the dishwasher and washing machine are really loud when they run. We will come back!

This place has views from EVERY window!
We so enjoyed the stay and the wonderful views from every window. From the sweeping ocean view to the mountains, it was so stunning. The unit was very clean and had everything you need including beach chairs and boogie boards. The beds were also very comfortable! A couple of the window screens would benefit with updating and some fixtures could use a little love - but overall this is a very comfortable and enjoyable place to relax on the island. Thank you!

This place is amazing! You can’t beat the views and being able to wake up to the ocean every morning. Everything was so clean and well taken care of. The check in process couldn’t have been any easier. We had plenty of space and had everything we needed. We would not hesitate to stay here again!!

Princeville paradise
Just as described, clean, quiet area, awesome view! Fridge was out first day but communicated to us promptly and a cooler with ice was provided. Was repaired or replaced next day. Queen’s bath, Hanelie bay, lighthouse, beaches close by. Nearly an hour drive from/to airport but ample shopping, restaurants etc on the way.
