Multiple issues with zero attempts to correct!
The reception in the evening was very good however upon check in the hotel was over booked which put us (as a family) into two rooms and not the one we paid for. Of the two rooms, one tv didnt work and one door wouldnt lock when leaving the room. I advised the staff of the security issue and they only wrote a note about it. Upon checking out i waited to speak with someone at the desk and after 17 minutes, we gave up and left our room keys in the key drop for check out. Very discouraging experience.

The property is recently renovated as it used to be a Ramada Inn. The elevator needs to be upgraded and our room had some road noise (our room faced Interstate 5). The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, my wife and I were pleased with our stay and would stay there again.
