At the end of the day filled with playing at the beach or exploring the Oregon coast, turn in and get cozy by the electric fireplace while relaxing to music playing from one of the Amazon Echo's.

You can add to the enjoyment of your stay with a fun game of horseshoes in the back yard and enjoy a relaxing evening around the fire pit. So don't forget your firewood and S'mores Fixings!

House was smaller than expected. Overall condition would be described as thread bare. Glass found in yard where dogs run. Dog fecal matter from previous tenant found in yard. Patio chairs rusted and one chair tubing rusted through. Fire pit “bench” had elevated spike head protruding. Entry door blind valance falling off. No storage in kitchen. Local area ok but town doesn’t offer much. Couch uncomfortable. Landscape needs trimming and cleanup. Unable to sit at patio table due to tree branches too low. Gate on front porch in disrepair. Gate on back patio missing. Debris left under front porch would be a danger to young children. Left two days earlier due to overall dissatisfaction. Would recommend deep clean and thorough interior and exterior maintenance. We even cleaned the breadcrumb buildup in the toaster.

the home was a bit small for the 6 of us, but it was lovely. great location. i would just recommend you provide beach towels, actual conditioner, and some olive oil for basic cooking. the fire pit was great.

This is a beautiful house in an incredible location. We loved the easy access to the beach. And when we weren't at the beach, we loved the property. It was perfect for our little dog. The yard is completely fenced in, even for small dogs. The porch is cozy. The deck is shaded and quiet. The one thing that wasn't quiet was the fire alarm. The ceiling in the primary bedroom is enormously high and completely unscalable by normal humans. Inches below it, the fire alarm chirped every 20 seconds letting us know the battery needed to be replaced. Granted, it wasn't the super LOUD chirp. That came the following morning from the fire alarm in the kitchen. Luckily, that was attached to a normal ceiling I could get to by climbing a chair. We arrived late in the evening, so there wasn't anything we could do about the fire alarm in the bedroom. First thing in the morning, I called the number and explained what was happening. They said they'd send someone out. We were gone for most of the day and when we returned, the bedroom alarm was quiet. But the kitchen alarm was untouched. The dead battery was still out, and the fire alarm dangled from the ceiling. I thought that was weird. But I enjoyed the quiet and thought, Yay! We'll both get to sleep in the primary bedroom tonight! But, right around midnight, it started chirping again. :( Other than that, we really loved the place and would definitely come back. Replacing fire alarm batteries should be an easy fix.

Serene, peaceful and quiet
My husband, Father in law and small dog and I had a lovely weekend stay in this home. The home was stocked with necessary kitchen supplies which was much appreciated because we did a lot of cooking. We also loved relaxing by the fire in the backyard everyday. Our dog loved the fully fenced in backyard. I put less stars for the check in process because we were communicating with someone through VRBO about early check in, arrived to the property early and ready to check in and there was some miscommunication about whether or not the property had been inspected which resulted in us waiting outside for an hour, only to find out that it had been inspected and we could have gone inside when we arrived. This was not a big deal because it was such a minor part of our wonderful stay, but better communication and organization through Oregon Beach Vacations would have been great. We would definitely love to come back and stay sometime.
