Old room, not clean.
It’s an older place. There were condensation or water damage in the bathroom. The bathroom handle looked broken didn’t close properly. Towels were cleaned but had stains. Overall area is nice, customer service was great but they have a problem with homelessness in the area.

When I opened the door to the first room, I was hit with the horrible smell of animal urine. The lady at the front desk presented us with another room. While the smell of urine wasnt present when you opened the door like the first room, it was obvious pets had urinated in that room too...this the first hotel i have stayed at that did not have a coffee maker in the room. I guess you have to ask for every amenity as they are not kept in the room. The hallways smelled like Marijuana from the time we arrived until the time we left. The beds were ok but not great.

People good, place bad.
Room smelled horribly, bed felt like a sheet on coil springs, chair was cracked and torn up. The service and people however was top notch and very friendly!

The Hotel is supposed to be non-smoking but the room reeks of smoke.Major road right Nextdoor soooo super loud. The person at the front desk was very kind but when I asked for an extra blanket later I realize she’s the only one at the hotel and I have to go down to get the blanket:(
