Our Room was leaking from the storm. We mentioned it to hotel staff and they offered to change our room. We proceeded to try 3 additional rooms all of which were severely leaking water onto the desk attached under the window. Room was cold and wet smelling for the trip. Hotel property and Expedia refused to help with a refund for these circumstances. We used over 15 towels to keep the water under control.

They have good soap that doesn’t dry your skin out. The bed sheets were clean and fresh and no stains or bugs on mattress.
