Great hotel I love it. Unfortunately first night the fire alarms were blaring at 1:45 am and they couldn’t shut them off apparently system fault. We’re on for like 15 minutes and they didn’t seem to want to accommodate the guests. No discounts. Expensive night to be woken up at that hour and not sleep good after.

Lovely italianate villa hotel in Paso- a work of art actually. Have been guests many times and appreciate the hospitality and suite level rooms HOWEVER the couches are old and worn and no club o side chairs to read in or relax. As a designer myself this is the only area for improvement needed but it’s a vital one especially at the end of a long day. Otherwise superb property sure to please!
