Room was nice. Location was good. I would have said definitely recommend but there was a mix up with the billing and we got double billed for the stay. After 3 phone calls to try to have the charges reversed, spoke to three different people, was told twice to contact my bank they finally realized it was their error. Didn't even get an apology for the inconvenience for their mistake. Lots of places to stay in Seattle, I can't recommend after my experience.
