The property was nice. The breakfast was very undesirable. It was a grab a muffin and go. There were not utensils or pots in the kitchen. That made the kitchen unusable. I am not going to go buy Pots, pans, plates, utensils for the trip. Be transparent on your description of the kitchen. Would I stay there again? No, I will pay $100 more for another hotel.

Not the newest or most updated but it’s well maintained. You can hear the traffic from 405 that’s right outside the window so if you’re a light sleeper that could be an issue.

Very Disappointed Experience. Definitely not recommend to anyone, and I will tell everybody not to choose this hotel. While we were checking in, nobody was working at lobby, we have waited over 10 mins in the lobby, and found out two customer service rep. were laughing & talking in one room. I knock the door to ask them out for check in. Room air-conditioner were not working well, it was cold in room. Washroom were not clean, especially the curtain and wash counter. We check in on Mar 09, which was the day we turn 1 hour back to Summer Clock. On Mar 10, We slept a bit late, 11:40AM, We were ready to leave, frontline Server knocked the door and shouted rudely that they want us out now. We gave the room key to them on 11:53AM, the lady said she would charge us USD25 for late. We never noticed that we have to leave the room before 11:00AM until we found at small corner sign in the lobby 3:00PM-11:00AM. As the picture attached shown, light blue t-shirt lady was extremyly rude.

When we arrived the lady at the front desk Chantel i believe that is her name was very rude. We arrived around 7:30 pm. She wasn't at the front desk when we arrived. She was very rude, definitely didn't feel welcomed. She never gave us any information about the Hotel. She never informed us about breakfast, Wi-Fi password or anything for that matter. She was never available when we needed her, and we had to wait every time we had a question. We asked for a can opener, and she was rude about it when she gave it to us, letting us know we had to bring it back because that was the last one, she had available like it was our fault. Definitely will NOT be returning after that kind of crappy customer service. I will say the other ladies in the morning were great when we checked out. I had to ask them for her name because she didn't wear a name tag. Definitely needs to find another job where she doesn't deal with customers.

Customer service is minimal. Breakfast is very basic. Nothing in the kitchen but you can borrow stuff if they have it. Mattress are very firm. Heater is kind of loud. Room is clean but no room service.

The area was nice but you definitely get what you pay for. There was great ventilation in the room. Our room and hallway constantly smelled like food even though we didn’t have any in our room. The walls were extremely thin. You can hear rooms next to you opening and closing their window blinds and hanging up their clothes. Towels were slightly stained. Overall an average stay for the price but probably won’t be back.

This is a business hotel, not a tourist hotel, which I didn’t realize when I booked it. The breakfast options included muffins, yogurt, coffee, Lipton tea, and hot chocolate. They asked for an id of everyone staying in the room. At one point I asked for a few make up remover wipes, and they looked at me like I was crazy for asking before telling me they didn’t have any. After checking out and loading up the car, I went back inside to ask for a restroom. I was told that I should just use the one in my room. This was from the same person who had just checked me out. There is no restroom in the lobby. The parking lot was almost always a mess. If you parked to the side of the hotel instead of in front, there would be a vehicle blocking your path out.
