Jacuzzi closed. Waited 4 hours for towels to come to the room. Room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. For what we paid should have had a microwave in the room at least. Tiny little pool area. Closed anyway because it’s March so no big deal. Charged my card extra 250.00 and can’t get in touch with a human to even find out if it’s a temporary charge or what. Won’t stay again. The casino was very nice though and fair. No complaints at all in that area.

Dallas the front desk person got me in and didnt have to wait that long in the long. Love this hotel the rooms were awesome. An dragos is a awesome restaurant in margaritaville.

Looked at all four restaurants on site. Either no service or the menu or environment looked poor. Ultimately walked to a nearby restaurant. Room was comfortable. Check in staff was pleasant.
