Fabulous Return Stay!
Beeches is a lovely, comfortable boutique guest house. This was our 2nd visit and I would always choose to stay here when in Southend-on-Sea. Jo and Buzz are great hosts and so so accommodating - thanks.

This place is beautiful. Our twin room was lovely with a gorgeous bathroom and lovely toiletries. There is a free car park behind he guest house which is great. Lovely breakfast menu. Staff could not have been more helpful. Nice walk into Southend. Will definitely go back.

Charming Bed and Breakfast on the shore in Southend-on Sea. Hosts Buzz and Jo were delightful and very helpful in finding us transportation in the area. The breakfast was delicious! Clean, comfortable room and bath. Can't wait to return for a longer stay!
