I reported that the heater was out in one of the rooms. Someone came by to check the heater. Said it needed a part and I never heard back. Me and my granddaughter ended up getting sick from it being so cold. We ended up sleeping on the couch, in the living room. Which was very uncomfortable. I had to cut my visit short with my granddaughter and drive 2 hours to take her back home to her mother, so she can seek medical attention for her.
She's the only reason I visit Spokane. I stay at Stratford Suites every time I do visit.
My personal opinion, these things need to be checked on a regular basis so these types of incidents can be avoided, especially when you have cold weather.
The toilet in room 127 needs to be checked. It is leaking in the back.
The rooms need to be cleaned better. There was old food under the bed in the bedroom.
There was hair in the shower from a previous guest.
I know you guys offer free WiFi but it wasn't working. That needs to be looked at, as well.
With the heater incident, I think I should be compensated, credited or something. I really didn't enjoy my stay this time due to getting sick.
