Stayed here because it said it had a pool. It was hidden in the bottom portion of the description that’s it’s outdoor and currently closed. Had I known that I would have chose another hotel. Also my toilet seat doesn’t close and the stopper comes out of the tub and you can see all the hair and yuck in the drain

My husband and I traveled to St. Louis to attend Arch Madness at the Enterprise Center! Our time at the Best Western was amazing and we immediately felt at home when we were greeted by Gladys! She made sure we knew of all local eateries and other places for our convenience! If we ever return to St. Louis this will be our first choice for lodging! Thank you Best Western Kirkwood!

Not bad if you don’t have to sleep or shower
The pillows were like square throw pillows. The shower was cold and pressure was less than a garden hose. I think I’d actually prefer a garden hose shower now that I think of it. Maybe just cause we were on the 6th floor. Breakfast looked mediocre but I passed. Desk guy was nice but we had to wait on him to get there.

Overall, this was not a good hotel. One highlight was the gentleman who checked us in. He was accommodating and friendly. However, that was the only good experience. We did not have running water for an evening and a morning. They did issue a partial refund, but not one representative of the inconvenience my older mom and I experienced. Not being able to shower for a wedding tasting does not make one feel very good.

This was mostly a good stay, but I had a couple of issues, mostly with noise. Small issue with the bath tub having residue in it that was a bit dirty, and the water fluctuated between hot and cold as I showered. The main issue was I was woken up at 2am by the person next door who was having a loud argument with their partner about catching multiple STD’s from someone else. I couldn’t fall back asleep until their fight was over around 5am. Then they started fighting again around 9am and kept slamming the door on each other and yelling nonstop.

No Hot Water in Room 606
The bathroom was very outdated and dirty. Stained tub. Hot water did not work at all - just sputtered air and dribbled cold water. Lobby looks nice but the rooms were not.
