Rooms are great! Many electrical outlets, good bathroom but very limited television programs. Limited lockers for luggage and difficult to access upper lockers. Need better communication for rooms not ready at check in. Excellent breakfast and shuttle to airport.

Pros: The location was a 12 minute walk away from the train station, which was convenient. Good hotel breakfast. Cons: Maintenance is not available after hours, so any clogged drains in the shower could not be resolved until the next day. The room floors were not cleaned during my stay, but other things were tidied up.

Hotel was clean and in a safe area. The front desk could arrange for the shuttle, cabs and even food to be brought to the hotel. The breakfast was tasty. We did struggle with the air conditioner (no directions) but the front desk sent a nice man who helped us set it and everything else was great.
