Check in was a hassle and the address on Expedia was actually wrong BUT we had a very nice stay, the room was really nice and worth it and would def recommend to anyone out of college visiting Toronto with their friends!

For the price of the stay it worked but a few of the amenities they stayed they had were lacking. They have a pool but we weren’t allowed to access it because it was “managed by the property” so we have very disappointed children. Also, one of the best smelled like mold, and there was also exposed electric wiring. Also make sure to bring your own toilet paper and paper towel. On a good note the view was spectacular and they communication from the staff was quick and helpful.

Water on the floor - Broken windows that do not close. When mentioned - they were "aware" and working on the issue. Windows were very dirty with child hand smudges all over. Closet door almost falling off. Food left in the fridge and freezer.

Not enough room on this page to even get into it, - very dirty - i think it wasnt the suite i rented online - fist hole in walls - smashed tables and chairs on deck and inside (mirrored glass) - fridge had molds - carpets full of stains - pillows on couch had sticky stuff not sure it wasnt jizz - 1 bed was literally an old thin matress on the floor in a closet?.. - the requirements to even make and keep the booking were different, i thought it must be pretty ritzy, never had this type of booking before? - we almost didnt even get to stay there as they didnt have permissions for me to use the elevator or go to the room - best thing about it was the young men downstairs that helped me actually get to stay as we had guys coming from all over the world and trying to find a new suite that night right at that time was not easy, especially being the NHL all star weekend... - elevators, halls, and lobby all smelled like weed - location was good for where we wanted to be - wish i could post the pictures of the suite for visual! - shouldnt even be on expedia at all until the place is painted, new carpets, new tables, cleaned up and things fixed up.
