"Had a very pleasant staycation with my girlfriend who was visiting from Pasadena. The staff was very friendly and helpful, from the beginning of our stay at check-in to extending our Check out time when we left. The hotel was clean, all the staff friendly and the pool area was very relaxing, even if the weather is inclemental. I would definitely recommend staying at the Nikko when you visit San Francisco. "There was poop on the sidewalk outside the property. There were only 2 people at the front desk checking in guests. The man that checked us in was so helpful and friendly I didn’t get his name but he was helpful in getting us a room more of our liking as we had initially requested a room above the 35th floor and the one that was reserved for us was the 26th floor which would have been miserable. He checked the system and was able to put us on the 37th floor!!! We stay here often"
