A chilly reception - no Expedia VIP perks again - and a cramped room began our cheery Christmas stay. Led by the force majeure called Anna, the staff hustled for the guests. Outstanding breakfast service. But what to say about the indomnible Anna? Somewhere, an army is missing a beloved field general.

Paid for breakfast but not proved for eay departure om Xmas day. Offered free drinks if we opted out of room cleaning.. but failed to recieve them. Waited 10minutes for bar service. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Everyrhi g else was very nice.

For first timers visiting Vienna we could not fault this Hotel from the moment we arrived up until we left. All staff were exceptional greeting us with smiles recommending places to eat and mapping out places to see. The rooms were comfortable and clean providing coffee machine, lovely shampoo leaving my hair smelling and feeling great, most importantly our bed was so comfortable after returning from a whole day of exploring.Had a short but sweet stay. We will be returning and most definitely recommending this Hotel to all our family and friends that wish to visit and experience Vienna.
