I booked 2 beds for 3 guests and arrived to 1 bed with no one on the property to speak with at only 4 PM (they have no one on the property before 10 AM nor after 4 PM) I was left with the keys to this room and forced to make it work. I called the phone number left on a letter for me if I needed help (which I definitely needed) so called it about 3 or 4 times with time between just to have my calls forwarded and the person's voice mailbox unable to take voicemails. I felt very blindsided and was being tossed to Expedia to get this resolved while sitting in my car and having to ask family members 25 minutes away to take one of my guests for the night. My plans to leave the hotel and road trip back home being made even more complicated thanks to this hotels incapability to provide me the room I paid for and lack of professionalism and accountability. Booking here at this point, maybe you'll get lucky and the accomodations are what you need to at least sleep a single night, but you'll still end up with a room that has an AC that can't cool a room and a door that scrapes the toilet every time you try to open or close it. Even desperate measures are not enough for me to ever even THINK of putting myself at the mercy of this place again.

Great location, great small place with amazing relaxing area with full of palms and birds .. 4 stars is only because the office is never open and stuff not immediately available when you need them. Overall it’s good.

I was disappointed at the lack of communication from staff who did not respond to emails or calls and had no one in the office to answer questions. Also, room 14 needs a new bed, super uncomfortable. Convenient area close to beach, nice garden area. Not sure we'd go back.

Great location, but wouldn't recommend
We had a late check in, so we didnt see anyone at check in. They were great and left our key in the room for us, so no problem. Amazing location, right next to the beach/Hollywood bvld (1 building away from ocean). Space needs some work. Rooms have been updated with paint and new rugs, but need a deep clean and maintenance. Bathroom is very small and shower was tricky to operate. Good pressure, but water only out of 3 holes and it the shower head leaked and sprayed the back wall. No bathroom fan, so had to open window, which faced the courtyard...where people were (and I could see them, so I assume they could see in). People smoking weed in courtyard, snell drifted into our room. Lots of windows, but the blinds were missing the rods to close them. Saw 2 small, brown cockroaches in our room, along with other bugs. When we went to check out after 9 am, the office still wasnt open. Sent text to hotel staff about bugs, shower and blinds. Never got a response. Never saw a single hotel worker during our 1 night stay.

Office was not available at 10, but when they arrived they made the experience nice. Decent outside seating avaialble during the wait. Room was quaint and just a nice mile walk down the boardwalk to the Hollywood beach theater.

We paid in advance tr reserve a parking spot. On arrival there was NO PARKING AVAILABLE. HAD YO PATK ON YHE STREET AT AN EXTRA COST FOR 4 hours until finally someone left. Office not open at 5:30pm right up until next day when we checked out at 10am. Left 3 voicemails to management and an email with no response.
